Out of Sight
out of mind
is a stupid statement
meaning nothing
when my mind
only sees you
far from sight
or reach
impossible at best
but always
there as image alone
eyes open or shut
it does not matter
not at all
out of sight
most definitely
kept this way
by distance
and circumstance
out of mind
never that
though I wish
it was so
because insanity
is not my chosen
path in life
